Important Message(s) -
Due to staff training our offices will be closed on Friday 22nd October. Any reloadable cards topped up or activated on Friday 22nd October will have a slight delay of funds reaching the cards. Please allow an extra 24 working hours for funds to be loaded on to your card. Alternatively, eVouchers will still be business as usual and instant delivery.

Primark reloadable cards have been temporarily disabled due to some technical difficulties. Alternatively, please find the Primark eVouchers available to purchase which are instant. If you have a reloadable card that you are unable to activate please contact our customer services team who can help assist with your query. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The safety of our employees and clients remain our top priority, so whilst we get back up and running to fulfil requests for gift cards or vouchers, you may find a delay to our normal SLA in getting these through the post to you.

Reloadable card delivery information: Please note that new reloadable card orders can take 3-5 working days to arrive due to the current COVID restrictions. Activations/top ups can take up to 72 working hours to load onto your reloadable card from date of activation/purchase.
