Important information about Christmas Delivery -

New reloadable card orders - Last postal dates for any new cards will be 17th December as this is the last date for Royal Mail Collection. Any orders after this date will not be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Existing Reloadable Card top ups – The final top ups of 2021 will be processed on 22nd December, please note we are unable to guarantee these funds will be available on your card before Christmas as this is managed by the retailer. Please note that reloadable card top ups can take between 24 – 72 working hour to appear on you card so if you know you will need to top up intime for Christmas we advise you do so, as soon as possible.

eVouchers will remain available throughout the festive period and will be delivered instantly to you, perfect for those Boxing day bargains!

Please note that Sodexo will be closed from 24th December – 4th January 2022.

Reloadable card delivery information: Please note that new reloadable card orders can take 3-5 working days to arrive due to the current COVID restrictions. Activations/top ups can take up to 72 working hours to load onto your reloadable card from date of activation/purchase.
